Meet The Staff

Enrollment Coordinator
Kasey Bake
I’ve been at Mindy’s Dance Center for 14 years and love being part of a team that’s passionate about recreational dance. All four of my daughters danced at Mindy’s, and now two of them work alongside me, making it a special place for our family. My favorite part of the job is building relationships with families, watching kids grow through their dance journey, and I enjoy watching musical theater and tap styles of dance—and in my spare time, I enjoy being a mom and supporting my daughters in everything they love to do.

Studio Coordinator
Kristin Bailey
I'm a proud mom of two amazing kids who both dance at Mindy's-and it was through their passion that I found mine. Watching them grow and thrive in the studio inspired me to get more involved, which led me to my current role as Studio Coordinator. I love being part of the Mindy's community and supporting the dancers, families, and staff who make this place feel like a second home.

My honorary nieces danced and work at Mindy's, I helped them behind the scenes until convinced to officially become part of the Mindy's staff. By day, I'm the director of operations for a home health agency and by night Front Desk Admin at Mindy's.

I grew up in Liberty, Missouri, and began dancing at the age of three. I spent 13 years at Studio 10, where I built a strong foundation in multiple dance styles. In high school, I was a member of the Liberty North Dance Team, gaining experience in performance and competitive dance. I continued my dance journey in college as part of the Bradley University Orchesis Dance Company, where I explored choreography and performance at a collegiate level. With over five years of teaching experience, I’m passionate about sharing my love for dance and helping the next generation of dancers grow in skill and confidence.

This will be my second year teaching at Mindy’s Dance Center. I did competitive dance for 12 years, auditioned for World Of Dance, and danced in LA as well. I love having the opportunity to spread my knowledge of dance, positivity, and a safe environment to all kids who come to MDC.

Assistant Teacher
Ashlee Bake
I started dancing at 3 years old, following in the footsteps of my older sisters, and now proudly assist classes at Mindy’s Dance Center. While I love all styles of dance and enjoy working with the little kids, my true passion is soccer—I’ve played competitively for 10 years and am a member of the LSHS high school team. I’m also the Tiger mascot for the LSHS Tigerettes and helped our small group varsity game day team place 5th in the nation last season; after graduating this year, I plan to continue my soccer career at Avila University.

I have been dancing since I was 2 ½ years old and have competed since I was 4. I’m a proud member of the LSHS Tigerettes dance team and have been assisting classes at Mindy’s Dance Center for the past two years.
