Mindy’s Dance Center has created a unique family atmosphere, gathered within a professional, well organized framework. We listen to our customers, genuinely believe in every child, and always deliver more than what is expected. Referrals are the primarily source of new clients and continue to fuel our phenomenal growth. Consideration to every detail, personalized attention, combined with a supportive learning environment serve as the foundation to our success. This is evident from one’s initial contact with our studio all the way through to our finale during recital. Simply put, we are fundamentally shifting what families have come to expect from a dance studio.
Is recital mandatory?
Our recital includes everyone in our studio. This is the chance the kids get to show off all they
have accomplished over the year. Students choose to not perform may stay in the class till the end of April
Are there other
performance opportunities?
Yes, we try to give the kids a chance to perform on stage before the big show. We participate in Octoberfest and we also have a holiday show. These are both optional.
Is there a dress code?
Yes, to minimize distraction, focus on dance instruction, ability to provide consistency and to identify dancer's level.
What if we miss a class?
You have 2 weeks to make up a class if you miss it. You can make the class up in any age appropriate class. Does not have to be the same class that your child is enrolled in.
What is included in the recital bundle?
Costumes, tights, all accessories, yearbook, music, links to both shows, recital t-shirt (all students have their name on the back), along with rental of facility and lighting!
Is there a sibling discount?
We offer a $5 off registration for your additional children.
Can we decide later if we want to do recital?
Recital bundle payments begin Nov 15th. We measure for costumes in the middle of November and place our order after that. We place our last and final order for costumes at the end of January, so this would be the last chance to be included. Waiting to decide may result in not getting a costume. Also, keep in mind all bundle payments are non refundable.
What if my child is ready to move up?
Classes are meant to mirror the school year with changes made in the summer or fall. This ensures preparation for the end of year recital.
